Users may also contact the competent Data Protection Authority to file any complaint they deem appropriate.

8. Secure Use of Personal Data in the App and Website

1. At mitribuApp, the security and privacy of our users’ personal data are our top priorities. Below is how we handle and protect information collected through the app and website: Profile Creation/Editing: The app collects personal data such as name, email address, image, etc., to personalize and enhance the user experience. Users may choose which data to use in their profile, and not all fields are mandatory.
2. Access to Contacts for Invitations: to facilitate connections between users, mitribuApp may request access to the device’s contact list. We emphasize that we do not store or share contact information, and it remains available only on the user’s device and only with the user’s explicit consent.
3. Location for Child Tracking: the child location feature may require access to real-time location data. All location data is used solely with the user’s explicit consent to provide specific services within the app. This access is strictly controlled and limited to user-approved purposes.

9. Encryption and Confidentiality

All personal data, including but not limited to profile information, contacts and location, is encrypted during transmission to ensure maximum security. mitribuApp undertakes not to share, sell or disclose this information to unauthorized third parties.

10. Advertising

In accordance with Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), our email policy is based on sending only communications expressly requested by the USER, who has voluntarily and explicitly given consent.

If the USER wishes to receive such communications, they must submit a written request with sufficient identification to info@mitribuapp.com.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are written in Spanish and are governed by current Spanish law. Any dispute or legal matter relating to this website shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Spain.
